Attached is the New Hire Form / employee status update. {Waterville's "old Form 81"}
2/21/13 - I have now attached it in two forms. One is just the form, and the other is a template, which you can type directly on. We now have Office 2010, so the template is a little different. It actually puts "click here to enter text". You would just enter the information there. Once completed, you could save form if you wish. The form is sent to the Waterville Superintendent's Office.
